Delete Account – FINGERGRIP™

FINGERGRIP™ users can delete their account directly from within the FINGERGRIP™ app or contact us using the details below.

How to delete your account

You can delete your FINGERGRIP™ account directly inside the app by accessing the Profile section and using the Delete Account function.

If you are unable to access the app, you can also request account deletion by email at:

fingergriptraining@gmail.com

Please use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request – FINGERGRIP™

To help us identify your account, include:
- the email address linked to your FINGERGRIP™ account
- your name, if available on the account
- a clear statement that you want your account deleted

What happens when your account is deleted

Once deletion is confirmed, FINGERGRIP™ deletes the account authentication record and the associated cloud profile data linked to your account, unless limited retention is required by applicable law, security needs, fraud prevention, or legal claims.

What will be deleted

Where applicable, account deletion includes:
- your login account
- your cloud-based profile information associated with your account

What may not be deleted automatically

Some training data, performance history, test results, or other app data may be stored locally on your device rather than in FINGERGRIP™ cloud systems.

Local device data may remain on the device until you remove the app or clear local app data.

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained where necessary:
- to comply with legal obligations
- to resolve disputes
- to enforce legal rights
- to maintain security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention records

Processing time

In-app deletion is processed when the deletion action is completed successfully.

Email-based verified deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable period.
