FINGERGRIP™ users can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your FINGERGRIP™ account, send an email to:

Please use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request – FINGERGRIP™

 

To help us identify your account, include:

- the email address linked to your FINGERGRIP™ account

- your name, if available on the account

- a clear statement that you want your account deleted

 

What happens after your request

After receiving your request, we may ask you to verify that you are the account owner before processing deletion.

 

Once your request is verified, we will delete your account and associated personal data, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

 

What will be deleted

Where applicable, account deletion may include:

- your login account

- your profile information

- your training history and related app data associated with your account

 

What may be retained

Some limited information may be retained where necessary:

- to comply with legal obligations

- to resolve disputes

- to enforce legal rights

- to maintain security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention records

 

Processing time

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period.
